It is a well known fact that the higher up you are promoted in an organization, the more administrative and political power you hold in that organization. This is what is about to happen with the Kingdom of God through Jesus Christ. Though we probably do not think of Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection as a popular way to be promoted, this is exactly what was about to happen to Him.
