It is interesting to me that Christians are referred to as citizens of heaven in the Bible. So how does one become a citizen of heaven? What sort of passports, visas, citizenship exams are required to become a child of God and citizen of heaven?

This is the topic of this morning’s passage, as Jesus engaged a Rabbi on this very question, about how to become a child of God through the act of spiritual birth.
