So today we come full-circle, having begun with the testimony of John the Baptist in Chapter 1 we now get the final testimony of John the Baptist at the end of Chapter 3. As we go through this section you should notice several statements that John the Baptist is making, repeating truths initially spoken between Jesus and Nicodemus. This is no accident because the Apostle John (the author of this Gospel) is trying to get some important points across concerning Jesus Christ.
