Today we will be in John chapter 2:1-11, looking at Jesus’ first miracle: Turning water into a fine wine at a wedding celebration in Cana. It is interesting to note that John records all of Jesus’ miracles in this Gospel as “signs” pointing toward the final glorification of Jesus on the cross. So how does Jesus’ first miraculous “sign” of turning water into wine point to the Cross?
